1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance. 2. Entry by 11 P.M, if the ticket holder arrives after 11 P.M you may incur a surcharge. 3. Only guests with table reservations are entitled to a queue jump provided it is cleared with the event manager prior to the event. 4. On arrival at the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance to the venue. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venues entrance guidelines (Over 18s | Dress code: Smart no sportswear allowed | Smart designer trainers allowed | NO Intoxication | Gender Balance ) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 6. Refunds will only be issues should the event be cancelled. 9. Last entrance to the venue is 1 am. 10. If the venue reaches capacity before midnight the ticket is not valid and security have the right to refuse entry. 11. The venue has a tight policy on a large group of guys attending venue we recommend to arrive in mixed group security have the right to refuse.​2.
