1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
The Government’s COVID-19 guidelines are required for all customers to follow.
We have taken precautions to keep both our customers & our staff safe at Duo London.
Upon arrival to the venue, you will be asked to take part in a mandatory temperature check with a thermometer.
We require all customers to fill out a form with their name, email, address and mobile number. We require a valid government certified photo ID to cross check with your details. Due to government guidelines, the data collected will be used for track & trace and kept on file for 21 days.
We advise all customers to wear a mask whilst attending the venue and hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the venue.
Customers are required to remain in their allocated area in the venue and drink orders will be taken by a member of staff or management.
Customers are required to let a member of staff or management know when they require a cigarette.
Customers will have access to bathrooms one person at a time & this will be monitored by a member of staff.
(Please check symptoms) 10 days before the event, please note if you have any symptoms we will be unable to take your booking however if you have already purchased a ticket / or have a reservation, we will be able to rebook you in for a future date.
Please note if you have purchased tickets for an upcoming event, and the event has to be postponed, we will not be offering refunds however, we will be able to transfer your tickets to a new date.
If these guidelines are not met to DUO London standards, management retains the right to refuse service an entry to the venue.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TABLE . This ticket entitles the ticket holder . Remaining balance of the table must be paid on arrival to the club. All guests must arrive before 11pm. Guests must quote the lead name on the ticket to enter, full guest list names are required. . No large all male groups. The gender balance must be at least 50:50 or all female. . Entertainment and acts may be subject to change. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines.
