For customers who have purchased group tickets, it is required that all members of the group arrive together. The Bottomless Cocktail Ticket is valid only from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., and a wristband will be provided upon arrival. Please note that the Bottomless Cocktail is limited to one person and will be served exclusively by the cocktail staff. Sharing the cocktail cup among the group is not permitted.

If you have purchased a table, a deposit will be deducted from the minimum spend, and the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival. All table bookers must arrive at the venue before 1 A.M.

2. Only guests with table reservations, after obtaining clearance from the event manager prior to the event, are entitled to queue jump privileges.

3. All guests entering the venue must present valid scannable identification, such as a driving license or passport. Physical identification documents are the only acceptable forms, and images on mobile phones will not be permitted. Entry will be denied without proper identification.

4. The dress code requires smart attire, and designer wear is acceptable. However, hats, hoodies, and sportswear are not permitted. Designer trainers are allowed.

5. Bag searches will be conducted upon entry to the venue, and all patrons are subject to pat-downs, pocket checks, and security screening.

6. Chewing gum is not permitted inside the venue and will be confiscated if found.

7. The security team has the final authority at the door regarding entry decisions.

8. Entry may be refused based on incorrect gender balance, at the discretion of the security team.

9. The management and security reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
