This year, we’re bringing you the most complete, most authentic, and hands-down coolest celebration of the world-famous Bavarian beer festival. 🍻
From 7pm to 11pm, DUO will be transformed into the region’s largest Oktoberfest — a fully decked-out Bavarian beer hall filled with traditional long tables, vibrant Oktoberfest bunting, and the ultimate German feast. Think miles of mouth-watering sausages — from juicy Bratwurst to grilled Black Forest sausage and spicy Currywurst — all washed down with giant steins of authentic German beer. 🍺🌭
💃 Fancy dress is not just encouraged, it’s essential! Throw on your Dirndl or Lederhosen and dive headfirst into the raucous, high-energy vibes that make Oktoberfest legendary.
And to top it all off, our host waiters and waitresses will be serving you in full traditional Bavarian style, keeping your steins filled and the party atmosphere alive all night long.

Oktoberfest at DUO London – Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Oktoberfest at DUO London, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Tickets & Entry All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. E-tickets must be shown on arrival. Strictly 18+ event. A valid physical photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) is required. No ID, no entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry without refund for reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication, disorderly behaviour, or failure to comply with venue rules. 2. Event Details Doors open at 7:00pm and the event ends at 11:00pm. Fancy dress is encouraged but not compulsory. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to costumes deemed offensive or inappropriate. Entertainment, food, and drink offerings are subject to change without prior notice. 3. Food & Drink Only food and drink purchased at the venue may be consumed on site. Steins and glassware must not be removed from the venue. Please drink responsibly — we operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy. 4. Safety & Conduct Aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue without refund. The venue operates a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs and illegal substances. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser and venue accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage. 5. Photography & Media By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform a member of staff on arrival. 6. Refunds & Cancellations All tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or being refused entry. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed via the original ticketing platform within 14 working days. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. 7. Reserved Areas & Seating Reserved seating areas are limited and must be claimed by arriving no later than one (1) hour after the event start time. After this time, the reservation may be released without refund. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the reserved section. 8. Liability The organiser and venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence. |

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
