TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASES

Inclusions:

Each ticket includes 90 minutes of bottomless cocktails and a three-course meal beginning from your time of entry.

Service Times:

Food and drink are only available during the designated service period. Guests who arrive late or miss their allocated seating time will not be accommodated in a later session.

Bottomless Cocktails:

The bottomless drinks service will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and cannot be extended or started at a later time. Guests may choose from five different cocktail options.

Meal Selection:

Each guest is entitled to one small plate and one main course as part of their dining experience.

Dietary Requirements:

Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must contact us at hello@duolondon.co.uk

before purchasing tickets.

Seating Arrangements:

Seating is allocated by the venue. While every effort will be made to seat group bookings together, this cannot always be guaranteed. Shared tables may be used depending on availability.

Admission:

Each ticket permits a single entry to the event. Guests are advised to arrive early to avoid queuing.

Event Changes:

The menu, entertainment, venue layout, and event timings are subject to change without notice.

Dress Code:

The dress code for this event is smart casual.

Entry Requirements:

Upon arrival, guests must present:

A valid email confirmation,

The payment card used for purchase, and

A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or any government-approved identification).

This is an 18+ event. Entry will be verified by our door host and security team.

Venue Guidelines:

All guests must adhere to the venue’s entry policies, including age restrictions, dress code, and intoxication guidelines. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry at the discretion of management and security staff.

Refunds & Cancellations:

No refunds will be issued if a guest is refused entry due to failure to comply with venue guidelines.

Refunds will only be provided in the event of event cancellation.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another date.

Allergies:

Guests must inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at least seven (7) days prior to the event. The venue accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from undisclosed allergies.

Beverage Policy:

Cocktails included in the package cannot be exchanged for alternative alcoholic beverages.

Postponements:

In the event that an upcoming event is postponed, refunds will not be issued. All tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Final entry is at 8:30 PM. Guests arriving after this time may forfeit their first course and will be served the course in progress.

Valid photo ID is required for all guests attending the event.
